I'm the Cartographer

I’m an former engineer, consultant, and executive.  Throughout my career, I've helped coach tons of individuals at various stages of their career in a ton of industries. 

As I mentored young professionals, I noticed that there were two types of people:  First, we had Group 1 - A select few who seemed to just know what to do.  They already had a good idea of who they were and where they wanted to go.  Call it connections or being more well-rounded - they had a plan.  And then, we had Group 2. This included your average professional  - they didn't have it as easy.  They were just as bright as those from Group 1, but they didn't have all the information they needed to make high-ROI career decisions. 

What do I mean by that?  Group 2 included individuals who were talented and had lots of potential, but they had to learn the hard way when charting out their career.   They’d get a degree which ended up saddling them with tons of debt….or they'd pick a career path without long-term growth prospects.   I helped them navigate their way out of these messes...but something dawned on me.

This can be avoided.  I know how.  I was a person who started in "Group 2" and later found myself in "Group 1".  And because I've done it, I’ve mentored others who have as well. 

Now I use what I've learned to help people just like you find what they're meant to do.  Let me show you how.
