Hi.

I have had a wide and varied career in business during which I've been able to mentor many students and young professionals as they chart their careers.  Over time, I kept seeing students and professionals make the same career mistakes over and over again.  Eventually, I realized the root cause was the information asymmetry between people "in the know" vs. the average student / professional.  Essentially, people lacked the information to make high-ROI career decisions.

But... it doesn't need to be this way.  

How do I know?  

In my career, I've worn many hats and managed teams large and small.  My experiences include:

• Running a $22M company's operations as a COO
• Starting multiple businesses as an entrepreneur including tech startups, consulting firms, and others
• Leading large consulting teams at a premiere management consulting firm
• Building a large network of senior leaders across a wide breadth of industries and disciplines
• Working in engineering and operations leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies
• Earning engineering and MBA degrees from top institutions in the USA

These experiences have shaped my perspective on what a career means, and how you should chart your course.  I've seen the other side of the career journey and I've been taking notes.
